What makes you happy?
Fresh air, sunshine, moving my body in some form or another, good company and laughter.

Is there something that you spent a long time believing you couldn’t do…. only to try it and realise that you can actually could do it? What made you try it?
I spent a long time believing I couldn’t stand up in front of a group of people and talk – I still avoid it like the plague and am not sure I could do a presentation on my own, however I took my Spinning qualification and now teach regularly in front of large groups of people, being on the bike is what makes me feel at ease. As uncomfortable as it is I like getting out of my comfort zone and pushing myself to do things I wouldn’t normally do. If you don’t try you’ll never know right?!

If you were taking yourself on a date, what would you arrange for yourself?
Oooo date night, fun!

I’d arrange an active day in the woods, or running/ cycling exploring somewhere new and getting lost in nature. I’d then reward my muscles with a sports massage then book dinner for the evening in a nice restaurant I’d not tried before.

What’s one thing you do regularly in order to look after yourself?
Although I end up planning too much, I try have a night in to myself to relax as I work a lot of evenings and enjoy having some ‘me’ time. I also meditate daily because I feel it’s so important to give yourself this time to clear your mind & prepare for the day ahead without jumping out of bed and straight out the door

Share one thing that used to make you really anxious, that you no longer worry about.
The pressures from society to dress, act, be a certain way. I do what I want and if I’m not happy I’ll change it.

Time is precious. What do you dedicate yours to?
People, activities and cake! I love to workout then eat cake with friends!

Give your 18 year old self a piece of advice.
Love your body, you’re hot. Don’t give a fuck what anyone else says to try and bring you down. Stop trying to seek perfection, it doesn’t exist.

Will you grow old gracefully or disgracefully?
Most definitely disgracefully (hopefully)

What do you hope people say about you when you eventually leave this mortal coil?
She lived her life to the full

How did answering these questions make you feel?
HAPPY and motivated! Thank you 😉
