WHY ONE-TO-ONE HAPPINESS COACHING?
One-to-one coaching is available if there’s a specific area of your life that you’d like to change for the better, and want some personalised help with how to tackle that. One-to-one coaching works particularly well if you have a clear goal in mind, such as getting a new job, or living a healthier lifestyle.
First, we’ll have a complimentary 30 minute session to get familiar with you and your situation. You can then decide if you’d like to book a coaching session.
WHAT TO EXPECT
During a coaching session, we’ll discuss where you currently are and where you want to get to, before we put together an achievable action plan that will get you there. We also act as your light-touch accountability partner while you’re putting your action plan into practice, to help keep you on track.
IS IT RIGHT FOR ME?
Here’s why you might choose some one to one goal-setting coaching:
- We’re friendly but we’re also very honest, because at the core of what we do is you, reaching your future happiness, and this can sometimes be a challenging thing to get comfortable with.
- We’re practical rather than spirItual. Our coaching style will push you but it won’t make you start dancing round fires at a full moon to speak to your inner shaman.
- We’re goal-focused.The biggest compliment and satisfaction we can get from you is waving you off into the sunset as you follow your dreams and lead your most authentic life. We don’t want to keep you hanging around spending cash if you don’t have to.
- Unlike friends and family members, we’re not emotionally invested in your choices, so we can offer that balance that (when you’re facing decisions about changes you want to make to your life) maybe someone who knows you well might struggle to advise you.
- Most importantly, we don’t give you the answers, we facilitate the journey of you uncovering your own. When we start to work together, you’ll learn pretty quickly that you already know the answers, but that you maybe just needed a little nudge to help work them out.

Each one-to-one session costs £35, and lasts an hour. These sessions can happen in person if in the central London or Bristol areas, or on Skype. You can buy blocks of 5 sessions for £150, saving you £5 a session.
